This series of Mars landscape illustrations was created in 2023, a year when I spent extended time in snow mountains and deserts with my family. Surrounded by silence and extreme terrain, I often felt as if I were on another planet. These works reflect that feeling of isolation, wonder, and imagining life on Mars through the lens of Earth’s own extremes.
